Signal inspection(The signal is correct in order to debug)
1.Angle sensor signal inspection,Look at the RAD in the main
interface:Data,It is proportional to the size of the arm's
elevation angle.；
2. Weight sensor signal check, in the main interface to view the
data of WAD:, it will be proportional to the weight of the
hanging.；
3.The length sensor signal is checked and the LAD: data is viewed
in the main interface. It will be proportional to the elongation
and retraction of the boom；
Product feature
·Do not pull cable at will, prevent breakage and break. When you
need to dismantle the whole machine, you should pay attention to
protecting the connecting plugs, so as not to pollute and affect
the use.
·Non maintenance personnel shall not arbitrarily adjust the
internal parameters of the instrument, such as abnormal, first
according to the method provided in the instructions, if the
failure can not be ruled out, please report to the relevant
personnel.
·After the crane's working condition is changed, please change the
crane working condition parameter in time, so that the crane can
work normally
